Permission Yes Bride and groom agree to photos being displayed on the Web for sample and ordering purposes.
Limit of liability and hold harmless While we work to minimize the risk of physical damage to digital medai and equipment, our liability is limited to a refund of money paid.
Wedding Schedule 30 days prior to the wedding 50% of the package payment must be paid and the time schedule agreed to by the bride and the photographer.  There are usually two photographers working together and it is expected that photographers will be guests at the reception and offered the same food and drink as other guests.
